Rachel Schulbaum, BS, MA

Edward Bart, EdD, is a Deaf faculty member at Wichita State University, where he serves as the ASL Division Director and Assistant Professor of American Sign Language. He previously taught in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 15 years in Deaf Education and high school ASL, alongside a decade-plus as an adjunct ASL professor. A frequent presenter at workshops and conferences, Edward co-founded Leaf & Arrow to open those same opportunities to others in the Deaf community.

Co-Founder

Rachel Schulbaum is a Deaf Survivor Services Advocate and Case Manager at Activating Change. She holds a BS in Clinical Psychology and an MA in Mental Health Counseling, and is a Nationally Certified Counselor with about seven years of experience as a mental health counselor. She previously taught ASL at Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and is a co-founder of Genevieve Technology, a Deaf-led tech startup. Rachel co-founded Leaf & Arrow to create opportunities for experts and knowledgeable individuals to share and present their expertise.
